About Me

The struggle is real. Balancing home, work, family and healthy eating is a constant challenge. There just does not seem to be enough hours in the day. Does this sound like you? If so- you are not alone.

I am a “middle aged”  married mom of 3 active girls that is constantly striving to find balance between home, work and healthy living.  Working out has always been a hobby of mine and I’ve taught fitness classes for years. It was only in the last few years that I discovered I could turn my passion for working out into a career of helping as many people as possible become healthier and fitter.

Helping people to lose weight and get healthier is not just about eating the right foods and working out. Many women just like you truly WANT to exercise and eat right- and some even know exactly what they should do. But they’ve been unsuccessful in the past. My goal is to change that- to truly create a lifestyle of positive thinking that will result in a lifetime of health and happiness.

I am able to help you because I share these same struggles. It can be easy to look happy on the outside- while on the inside just trying to hang on and make it through the day. I have learned that constant positive thinking and daily affirmations can actually train our brains to think differently. And when we think differently- we finally can achieve the results that we want on our health and fitness journey.

I love working with people like you- people that are motivated to make a change and show the world that it is NEVER too late to live life to its fullest. I have developed a program to help you become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself regardless of age, fitness level or the amount of weight you need to lose.

I work with my private clients weekly via phone calls, face time/zoom chats or in person meetings. I also provide support via email or voxer multiple times a week depending on your specific needs.
