Running a Virtual Fit Club is my passion!! This virtual gym is made up of a group of people with one common goal: to get healthy and fit. Whether you just want to tone up or have lots of pounds to lose, this fit club can help you stay motivated and on track to reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. I open enrollment to the Virtual Gym for approximately 3 days in the middle of each month. Unsure what program may be right for you? In addition to my Virtual Fit Club, I have 10 day Healthy Living Challenges every other month. These are completely free and are a good way to see if the Fit Club would be a good fit for you long term. My next 10 day group will run at the beginning of May.
